Exchanges and Returns

 

Exchanges:

We have a 14 day exchange policy. 

  • If your order was damaged, please contact us at: info@2pauseandpraisecreations.com within 14 days of receiving your merchandise to initiate an exchange.

  • Upon 1-2 business days of receiving your email, we will notify you if your exchange has been approved, or if we need additional information.

  • For approved exchanges, we will replace your merchandise with the same item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You will receive a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

 

Returns:

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to provide returns and/or refunds on either paperback or electronic merchandise.
